Jesus, thank you for your words:
Never be afraid to ask God for more!
Jesus, thank you for your sacrifice and victory that enabled us to receive the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, your presence in our lives is like oxygen in our lungs. We need you and without you, our lives would be so empty. Thank you for the fruit that you give us (Galatians 5:22-26). Help us to be ever-mindful of your presence in our lives and the power and magnificent abundance of life that you offer us.
God, I lift up the people in the world who wander as spiritual orphans or who know that they have a home in you, but never enter into it. We cry out right now to the lost and the lonely. Holy Spirit, swell their hearts with a thirst for your love and only quench that thirst when they receive the living water of your Holy Spirit. You are such a good and loving Father, and you only give your children good things (Matthew 7:7-11). We are your children, adopted by the blood of Jesus, and we’re asking for more, God. We want more and more and more of your goodness. We want more of your blessings, more of your favor, and more of your love. The good news is that all these things are boundless in your Kingdom! Thank you, Holy Spirit, for your baptism and power of transformation. We want every good and perfect gift that you would give us, God. We love you.
