Father, thank you for your word:
God, we need you, not a religion. Father, we open our hearts to your Holy Spirit right now. Thank you that when we became Christians, we received your Holy Spirit and your forgiveness, and therefore your righteousness and right standing with God. Our sins are gone, and when we stumble, we only have to come before your Thrown and receive fresh mercy. Thank you for your love, Jesus. Thank you for being our source of love. God, sanctify all of us. Don’t leave any spot untouched. Heal us completely and show us the places where we aren’t letting you in. Continue to refine us with your cleansing fire, Holy Spirit. We love you and we love the work you do in our lives.
Father, we cover ‘J’ in prayer right now. Oh, Jesus, she is hurting and is confused and feeling lost. Holy Spirit, I pray against the bonds that she is in right now and that she would be released in Jesus’ name. Holy Spirit, heal her heart. Help her to see that the life she desires may just be the problem. Jesus, give her a new vision for her life. Help her to see herself as you see her, Jesus: precious and beautiful just the way she is. Show her where she is blessed and where you want to bless her, but can’t because she won’t let you in. God, show her that you are her “cupcake”, and that a man isn’t necessarily the answer to all of her problems. She needs you Jesus, more than anything else. Make that her heart’s desire, Holy Spirit, to have more, more, more of YOU! God, help her to find a church and to find friends that will show her your love. Thank you, Jesus, for J.
God, we also pray for Diana:
God, our hearts hurt for people in Diana’s situation. It’s happened and continues to happen in the U.S. and all over the world right now. Father, we believe that you can work a miracle in Diana’s life. It may very well be your plan for Diana and her family to move on, and Father, we place Diana and her girls in your hands right now. We trust that you have a good plan in store for them and that you use everything for the good of those who love you (Romans 8:28). God, thank you that you will be faithful to meet Diana’s needs and that she need only continue to go to you for help and guidance. We have faith that you are going to do miraculous things in Diana’s life and in the lives of her daughters. Father, bless them so richly that they will be able to be a blessing to others. Thank you, Jesus.
