Jesus, thank you for freedom! Father, even those of us who live in somewhat oppressive societies, we have spiritual freedom. We are free from sin’s bondage and the penalty of spiritual death because you died for our sins on the cross. Thank you for giving us your righteousness, Jesus (Romans 5:16-18). We praise you, Jesus. We were once slaves to sin and condemnation, but now, we are slaves, willing slaves to you, our New Master. Our lives are not our own, God. Use us. Send us. Teach us. Mold us. Speak through us. Thank you for giving our lives purpose, Jesus. We love you!
