God, help us to remember that you are there beside us no matter what we’re going through, and that we are to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), no matter the circumstances. Help us to truly walk with you all the days of our lives. We can go to you to rejoice in the good times, and when we find ourselves asking, “Why do bad things happen to me?“, we can rejoice in knowing that you are there and that you are in control. Thank you for your faithfulness in our lives, God.
