Your Joy Is Our Strength
Father, it's Monday, and we're getting started on a new week. Some part of us might be dreading today, but we know that we can do this, and we can do it with joy in our hearts. We claim your joy to be alive right now, Lord. You are our joy and our strength. Help us to make a difference in the world today. Give us several opportunities to serve you. That is our reason for living, Lord. We rolled out of bed for you! So Holy Spirit, help us to see the needs in the world, large and small, and remind us to listen for your voice so that we know what to do. Thank you for your hand in our lives, and for giving us a reason to live: the ability to be a blessing to you. A New Week of Opportunities
Lord, as we set foot into a new week, we ask for an abundance of energy, and for a positive attitude. For those of us who are feeling a bit weary on this Monday, give us an extra portion of your grace to not only get us through, but to have your likeness shine through in us. We want everyone who we come in contact with to feel your touch in their lives. Help them to see Christ in us. We love you, Father. By Our Side - A Brand New Week
Father, thank you for being with us always. We claim this new week for you, in your name, Jesus. Help us to live up to the potential that you've instilled in us: the potential to be great warriors for you. Holy Spirit, help us to put on all of our spiritual armor.Keep us walking in humility and kindness. Let the world see the great difference that you've made in our lives. When someone tries to ruffle our feathers, we pray that we can react in your spirit and not by our flesh. And when that happens, we ask that people's heads would turn in surprise and that you will be glorified.
Thank you for the life that you've given us, Father. We love you. You are so precious.

Father of Life
