Shine On Us, Shine In Us
Father, you are Lord over our lives. We lay it all at your feet. We want to expose everything in our lives to your Refiner's fire; your purifying light. We need you, Jesus.Use us to shine your light into other people's lives. Give us humble, loving spirits, that will be a witness to the life change that is possible if they would only let you into their hearts. Give us the words to speak and the wisdom to know when is the right time. Give us also the courage to answer your Spirit's prompting.

Opportunity to Share the Gospel
Father, grant us the opportunity to share your truth with someone today. Holy Spirit, prepare the way in the person's heart, and give us the worlds to speak. Give us the courage to set aside our reservations of what the person might think. Their relationship with you is more important. Fill us with your love, and let that be pervasive in our conversation with this person. Help us to just love them unconditionally, and let the concept of the love of Jesus be like coming up for air after an eternity under dark waters. Thank you, Jesus.
